The hotel is vibrant and clean. the rooms are modern and newly remodelled. - the personnel at the reception desk are super friendly and consistently pleasant. - the location is marvelous and stunning, very close to a metro station. - An excellent restaurant for lunch is available. - I would recommend this venue if you travel to Madrid.

The location in the local neighborhood was marvellous for us. And we were near “ NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding Hotel-Madrid-Spain, conference centre, and the Stadium and metro;))

The hotel has a great appearance and the food is outstanding. the location is marvelous and stunning, right next to nearby attractions like the Real Madrid stadium and conference center. - Additionally, it's right in the center of the city.

Very modern. Room clean, functional. Loved the shower with optional fliows.

Everything was nice, had a very nice stay for a business trip. I ate at a particularly good restaurant for lunch.- The view of the sunrise was outstanding!- The location was great and stunning, very close to a tube station.

It was a bit noisy in the room (something has rumbled), street noise therefore the window can not be opened.

The breakfast was delicious and left nothing to be desired. Everything is offered. The room was modern, clean and invites you to feel good. Maid comes 2x daily. Staff also friendly.

The room is spacious and new, equipped with safety features, a mini-bar, and central heating, featuring hypoallergenic and down pillows on a large bed.

Clean, comfortable rooms, large room, (eventually) a quiet room -- although it took some work to get one.

The location is terrible if you want to see Madrid, go to museums, find good restaurants. Staff was surly and rude They tried unremittingly to upgrade our room to something more expensiveon check-in -- and did the same with my many colleagues attending the same conference. Wi-fi is very expensive (eery other hotel in Spain I looked at offers free wi-fi in rooms Rooms on lower floors very very noisy There are no irons in the rooms, and none to be had in the hotel -this is a disaster for a woman business traveller --especially during very hot weather. They will send out things to be ironed at very high prices

The cheering helpfull staff are always the most attractive point of the hotel specialy the frontdesk staff.

Lots of hidden charges not clear on site price description! Spa/gym/pool is pay - I didn't see it on the site description if it's even there, but 10 euros for the gym and 21 for the pool was an annoying surprise. Then they also tell me they have no iron in the building for guests - impossible to get a shirt ironed if you're a business person arriving in the evening. Otherwise if you leave laundy in morning you get a shirt back the next day (not same day). Only option is to pay 50% surcharge to get a shirt ironed ready for next day That's about 15 euros for a 10 minute unskilled effort. Add in pay for wifi and you hotel bill becomes quite different than the list price.

Warm welcome at the reception. Great breakfast buffet, very spacious.

Bar staff is inattentive. Although we were seen, no one came to take the order for a long time. This despite the fact that three people were working in the unfilled bar. It is a pity that you have to pay separately for the SPA. We are not used to that. One would have to be better informed about this before visiting the SPA. The hotel information is not clear enough.
